Purchasing

Please make sure you fill out the billing/shipping areas correctly when purchasing your desired item. Mistakes will mean delays. Once you have made your purchase on burp!boutique you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will also receive a Worldpay receipt for your transaction.

We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours of receipt. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.

Returns Policy

All NON-SALE items purchased through our online store can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All sales are final on Sale Items. Non-Sale items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. If you receive faulty goods or are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining your return to the address below:
