Simon Wild is an illustrator I've admired for some time.
His style is quite psychedelic, fun, a bit Heniz Edelmann like (The Beatles Yellow Submarine illustrator)
and generally well crafted and gorgeous.
Recently he has been working on Tiny Universe, an extremely creative playground for little and big kids.
The scroll down site is adorned with beautiful, fun illustrations, creating a seriously cool, playful world.
At the end the user docks the balloon and can inspect and purchase doodle books, colour in doodle cards,
notebooks and stickers. There is also a news section and gallery where you can upload your own
Tiny Universe illustrations or download some colouring in cards.
Simon says the site is set to evolve into an online community that is designed to engage young artists.
What a brilliant project.
Well done Mr Wild, this is sure to be a roaring success.
